HSEP Vacancies 2026 – Management Assistant & Project Coordinator
The Health System Enhancement Project (HSEP), funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) under the Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka, invites applications from qualified individuals for the following contract-based positions in the Project Management Unit (PMU). Initial contract duration: 1 Year.
📋 Post 01: Management Assistant
| Qualifications |
✅ Passes in G.C.E. (O/L) and G.C.E. (A/L)
✅ Experience with computer & office software
✅ Proficiency in English language
✅ Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage

📋 Post 02: Project Coordinator
| Qualifications (one of the following) |
✅ UGC-recognized Degree + 02 years' experience OR NVQ Level 7 + 02 years
✅ NVQ Level 6 + minimum 05 years' relevant experience
✅ NVQ Level 5 + minimum 08 years' relevant experience
